Spotify Music Promotion
Spotify promotion is a paid service that increases the play count on a track you choose. It's aimed at musicians, bands, producers and labels who don't want a new or older release to look overlooked at first glance. Below you'll find what we offer, how ordering works and the risks that come with buying engagement.
What Spotify promotion is for and who it suits
Spotify shows the play count right next to each track, so listeners see it before they hit play. A strong track with a low number can look like nobody's listening. A higher play count helps first impressions and works as social proof for new listeners, playlist curators and promoters who check out your profile before deciding whether to engage.
It's mostly used by independent artists, new bands, producers and small labels, typically around a new release or before pitching to press and promoters. Keep in mind that the number alone won't bring you fans, followers or library saves. Those come from music people connect with and from consistently engaging your audience on Spotify and other platforms.
How to choose a Spotify service
For Spotify we offer one type of service: track plays. Packages differ in the number of plays, delivery time and whether refills are included if the count drops. You'll find these details, along with the starting price, on each package card below this text. Compare them before you order, since these parameters vary from package to package.
If you're new to this, pick a smaller package for a single track and see how delivery goes. For a new release, start with the lead single you're already promoting elsewhere. To support several tracks, such as a full EP, order plays for each track as a separate item. Choose a play count that fits the size of your profile.
How ordering works
On the website, you choose a package and enter the link to a specific Spotify track, not your artist profile or a whole album. You can copy the link in Spotify via the Share menu. Then you fill in your contact details and submit the order. You'll receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Delivery starts once payment is received and follows the timeframe listed for your package.
We will never ask for your Spotify or Spotify for Artists password; the track link is all we need. The track has to stay publicly available for the entire delivery, so don't take it down or change the release in the meantime. With multiple items in your cart, a volume discount applies: 2 items 10 %, 3 items 15 %, 4 or more 20 %. For questions, reach us by email or WhatsApp.
Risks and combining plays with your own content
Spotify's rules don't allow buying plays. A drop in play count or restrictions on your account therefore can't be ruled out, as stated in Section 3.3 of our Terms and Conditions. Before ordering, consider whether that risk is acceptable to you. If a package includes refills for drops, you'll find the terms directly on that package in the overview below this text.
Plays work as a supplement to your own promotion, not a replacement for it. Release music regularly, keep your artist profile up to date, share tracks on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube and pitch them to playlist curators. A higher play count then strengthens the first impression for people you bring in through other channels. Keeping them, though, is down to the music itself.
